Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client or customer support.
- Experience in an early-stage start-up environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience with customer support tools and software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to be proactive, accurate, and efficient in task completion.
- Flexible and agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Driven to improve processes and communication.
- Availability to work early morning and early evening hours (Central Time).
- Availability to work during weekend rotations.
- Prior experience in the veterinary technician or animal healthcare industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point-of-contact for customer inquiries via email, LiveChat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues raised by hospital, veterinarian, and technician users.
- Coordinate second-line or escalated issues with regional BD/AM teams and other departments.
- Facilitate and manage call-outs using existing processes.
- Document recurring scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
- Maintain HubSpot to ensure all client communications and support tickets are tracked.
- Coordinate with Finance and Data departments regarding shift and payment reconciliation, and generate reports.
