Job Details

2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience performing both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, or SaaS applications.
Proficiency with QA and testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, Swagger, JMeter, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray, Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and BrowserStack.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, or SQL.
Experience testing APIs, databases, cross-browser functionality, performance, and cloud-based applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform manual functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
Work closely with software engineers to reproduce and resolve bugs.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment.
Perform API testing and verify backend functionality.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve overall software quality.
