Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5 years of related experience (5-8 years preferred).
- Experience designing security controls for OS, databases, applications, web services, and wireless networks.
- Proficiency with hybrid Active Directory and cloud identity environments (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, least privilege access, and identity governance.
- Hands-on experience with authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP).
- Strong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API).
- Experience building workflows using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, NIST, and ISO.
- CISSP, CIAM, or equivalent security certification preferred upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable IAM solutions across hybrid environments.
- Drive modernization toward Zero Trust and cloud-based identity models.
- Engineer automated identity processes and strengthen access governance and privileged access controls.
- Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate identity-related risks.
- Implement monitoring and automated response for identity threats.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audit readiness.
