Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or infrastructure security.
- Strong knowledge of identity, endpoint, vulnerability management, network, and incident response.
- Experience securing Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, container security, and application scanning.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
- Experience supporting SOC 2, NIST CSF, or comparable compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, project leadership, and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise security platforms including CrowdStrike, Rapid7, Cisco Umbrella/Duo, and KnowBe4.
- Lead vulnerability management, endpoint security, identity security, and penetration testing initiatives.
- Direct security incident response, investigations, and post-incident reviews.
- Manage SOC 2 controls, security audit requirements, and technical compliance.
- Secure cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 using modern best practices.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes via DevSecOps practices.
- Build security automation using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
- Administer third-party vendor management and security awareness programs.
