Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-first approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Open availability between 8am - 8pm ET Monday through Saturday.
- Must reside in AR, TX, OH, SC, NC, VA, MI, or PA.
- Windows 11 OS with dual-core 2.00GHz+ processor and 8GB RAM.
- High-speed internet (min 20 Mbps down/10 Mbps up) via Ethernet cable connection.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients and Medical Doctors regarding specialty medication orders.
- Review and update patient demographics and medical history.
- Review order contents and complete clinical assessments.
- Instruct patients on financial responsibilities and collect payments.
- Schedule medication deliveries to patient homes or physician offices.
- Determine if patient clinical consultations with a pharmacist are required.
- Collaborate with Insurance and Financial Assistance teams to obtain medication approvals.
- Provide process guidance and support to patients using specialty pharmacy services.
