- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through capabilities.
- Reliable attendance and consistent availability during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected and responsive to a remote team.
- Proficiency with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
- A quiet, professional remote workspace with dependable internet and phone service.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting for multiple temp-to-hire job openings.
- Post and promote open positions across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate experience, availability, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiter notes and track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular communication and follow-up with candidates to keep them engaged through their first day.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals and client deadlines.
