Requirements

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to maintain a home office, including hard-wired high-speed internet access.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or career services (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
- Strong influence, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to graduates to assess eligibility for corporate partner roles.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update student profiles for job matching.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate web applications and onboarding processes.
- Source candidates from the student and graduate population to build a qualified pipeline.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and skills.
- Manage candidate communications, including scheduling interviews and providing application status updates.
