Requirements
- Previous work or internship experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
- Previous work or internship experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin.
- Strong ability to translate business scenarios into robust, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfortable navigating large codebases, debugging external code, and conducting effective code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to seeking feedback and taking ownership of professional growth.
- Available for on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features for international servicing including purchase protection, disputes, and refunds.
- Develop and improve agent tooling to support international customer interactions.
- Collaborate with European and global engineering teams to build cohesive, scalable platform solutions.
- Balance speed and quality to meet business goals while maintaining system reliability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as a requirement.
- Engage in growth and development activities to contribute to team community.
