Requirements
- 8+ years of experience administering, engineering, or architecting enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.
- Extensive experience designing and delivering integrations and workflow automations.
- Strong scripting and automation skills, including expertise with APIs and secure tooling.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, system design, identity concepts, and SaaS governance.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional efforts and bring structure to ambiguous environments.
- Strong ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on technical execution.
- Practical experience with enterprise AI and automation including evaluating fit and responsible implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Requirement to reside in the Eastern or Central Timezone.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of Lime's Core Applications ecosystem, shaping architecture, integration strategy, platform governance, and long-term design decisions.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Core Applications to guide solution decisions and resolve complex issues.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives from early discovery through implementation, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and security requirements.
- Design and deliver automations, integrations, and custom solutions to streamline business workflows at scale.
- Establish technical standards, support models, and governance practices to improve consistency and reliability.
- Act as a player-coach by mentoring engineers and administrators and providing hands-on support in design and execution.
- Identify and implement practical enterprise AI and automation use cases to improve productivity and business value.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.
