Requirements
- Master's degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assimilate intelligence from numerous sources.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends to accommodate event support.
- Capacity to effectively assess and evaluate sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Experience with the intelligence cycle.
- Experience in private sector consulting, advisory, or high-tech companies.
- Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis.
- Experience managing projects to results and meeting deadlines.
- Professional experience in national security, intelligence, military, or law enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Review intelligence reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client standards.
- Onboard new analysts to systems and methodologies, providing ongoing mentorship.
- Assess risks and threats including social media and situational crisis monitoring.
- Perform intelligence collection to support research and production.
- Develop and lead new intelligence processes and client-tailored solutions.
- Conduct travel risk assessments regarding safety, stability, and local customs.
- Define intelligence requirements and brief findings on diverse risk factors.
- Provide ad hoc security and risk advisory to clients.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to build joint service offerings.
