Requirements

  • Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification, or at least 3 years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience in a complex operational environment.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end continuous improvement projects with measurable and sustainable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience using statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, process capability analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen events and leading cross-functional improvement workshops.
  • Experience with automation systems, robotics, conveyors, or equipment performance optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs and OEE measurement preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead network-wide process analysis and implement standardized operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage complex continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation and long-term sustainment.
  • Design and execute pilot programs to validate process improvements.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis to identify root causes and optimize performance.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure improvement impact.
  • Partner with engineering and operations to improve automated systems including robotics and conveyors.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
  • Mentor team members to develop continuous improvement capabilities.
