Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Automation, or Operations MIS.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data modeling and business reporting.
- Experience working with Salesforce reporting and operational data management.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation using Python or low-code platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Commitment to data governance and reporting accuracy.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, MIS frameworks, and operational KPI reporting.
- Build and manage automated reporting pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Analyze operational data, validate reporting accuracy, and generate actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, Python, or low-code technologies.
- Support AI-driven initiatives, including workflow automation and intelligent routing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics.
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Present analytical findings and performance metrics to leadership.
