Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or a similar technical discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM solutions, identity governance, and access lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or Entra ID.
- Experience with automation, scripting, reporting, data analysis, or AI-assisted workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and AI-enabled tools for security and governance.
- Experience with privileged access management solutions such as BeyondTrust.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security models and modern access security technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks including HIPAA, SOX, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.
- Experience working with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to use technical tools such as Python, SQL, and APIs for automation and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize IAM platforms, including identity governance solutions and access management tools.
- Develop and enhance automation workflows for access provisioning, de-provisioning, compliance reporting, and entitlement reviews.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions for IAM operations, including anomaly detection and risk identification.
- Build intelligent AI agents and RAG solutions to support IAM administration and analyst workflows.
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams to apply best practices for AI adoption within identity security processes.
- Analyze IAM data, reporting metrics, and access trends to provide actionable insights to security stakeholders.
- Maintain access models and reporting capabilities to identify policy violations and privileged access risks.
- Support identity lifecycle management, ensuring appropriate access based on business needs and security policies.
- Assist with IAM governance activities and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, SOX, SOC2, and PCI-DSS.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve access controls and strengthen security outcomes.
