Requirements
- Proven experience managing products in technical domains such as infrastructure, cloud platforms, SaaS, software delivery, scalability, or platform architecture.
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a track record of delivering complex technical products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and platform scalability concepts, including multitenancy, horizontal scaling, workload isolation, autoscaling, and production readiness.
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering teams and contribute meaningfully to discussions around system design and architecture.
- Experience defining product strategies, prioritizing ambiguous problems, and creating actionable roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across product, engineering, UX, and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product solutions.
- Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for tenant scale and unified deployment capabilities across SaaS and future deployment environments, from discovery through delivery and impact measurement.
- Define product requirements for scalable deployment platforms, including tenant portability, isolation, regional deployment needs, and operational readiness.
- Partner closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to convert platform constraints into clear priorities and product strategies.
- Collaborate with product leaders across infrastructure and platform domains to ensure cohesive product direction.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements related to compliance, scalability, deployment flexibility, and reliability.
- Facilitate strategic tradeoff discussions involving scalability, architecture decisions, platform consistency, and long-term product vision.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation, priorities, and execution plans that support successful delivery.
