Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, particularly supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across both digital and offline creative projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, composition, and color theory for print and digital media.
- Ability to transform ideas and concepts into clear, visually engaging designs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while prioritizing deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity, brand requirements, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create impactful visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and other communication channels.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling design solutions that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Design a variety of materials, including advertisements, social media content, brochures, posters, packaging, presentations, and event collateral.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual guidelines, typography, layouts, and overall design quality.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
- Review, refine, and prepare final artwork according to production and publishing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
