Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a technical IT professional.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies, including Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS.
- 3+ years of experience working with self-service analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong expertise in Power BI development, administration, and data visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, MDX, and T-SQL.
- Experience designing data models, analytical solutions, and reporting architectures.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft BI Stack technologies and data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure data services, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, and related tools.
- Ability to perform advanced calculations and analytics on complex datasets.
- Understanding of Power BI security models and implementation of data access controls.
- Experience with software development practices and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and administer Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and analytics applications.
- Build advanced reporting models using Analysis Services, tabular models, and multidimensional models.
- Connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to create efficient Business Intelligence solutions.
- Design and implement data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Develop advanced DAX queries, calculations, and data transformations to support analytical requirements.
- Implement row-level security and ensure appropriate application security configurations within Power BI environments.
- Publish, schedule, and manage Power BI reports according to business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data models and reporting solutions.
- Integrate Power BI reports into applications using embedded analytics, APIs, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot issues and improve BI capabilities.
