Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design or production design role
- Strong proficiency with design tools including Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy instincts
- Portfolio showcasing clean, clear, brand-consistent design work across digital and print
- Experience applying and working within brand systems and design guidelines
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and maintain detail under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and efficiency
- Experience designing for healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for social media and blog visuals
- Design sales decks, one-pagers, and case study layouts
- Create visuals for webinars, podcasts, and event signage
- Support iterative updates to existing templates and materials
- Prepare final design files and handoff assets to external vendors
- Organize design files and templates in shared folders
- Partner with Content and Events teams to prioritize design needs
- Participate in creative reviews and provide solution-oriented feedback
