Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as a professional actor.
- Improv experience strongly preferred.
- Native-proficiency speaker of German and English.
- Experience in customer-facing industries, such as customer service or hospitality.
- Available to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Ability to work Mon-Fri, 12am-8am ET.
- Complete 65-85 hours of paid training within 4 to 6 weeks.
- Ability to work from a private, quiet location with a strong, stable wired internet connection (20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload minimum).
- Must reside in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, or the District of Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of scenarios accurately and reliably in alignment with learning objectives.
- Portray diverse personality profiles using proprietary simulation technology.
- Facilitate debrief sessions with learners.
- Provide balanced feedback and accurate performance scoring.
- Act as a professional session host for diverse learner populations.
- Organize and manage session schedules, training, and internal meetings.
- Maintain high service delivery standards with 80%+ billing hour target.
