Requirements
- Significant experience leading Product, Delivery, or Program functions within a software, SaaS, or technology organization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products from concept through to release.
- Experience working within healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
- Strong practical experience in product management (requirements definition, backlog management, prioritization, story writing, UAT).
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Product Designers, Delivery professionals, and Platform Operations.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and modern product delivery practices.
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver the application product roadmap in collaboration with the CPTO.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, sequenced, and achievable delivery plans.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of the roadmap, maintaining effective sprint and release cadences.
- Manage dependencies across Engineering, Data, QA, and Compliance teams.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Product Managers, Product Designers, and Scrum Masters.
- Oversee platform operations, including configuration controls, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and delivery quality.
