Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, SRE, or Systems Engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or Snowflake.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, or Terraform.
- Extensive scripting experience in Terraform, Linux Shell, PowerShell, or Python.
- In-depth knowledge of server, storage, and networking installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and enforce governance and standards for commercial cloud platforms.
- Design and implement AWS, Azure, and GCP platform-level features.
- Influence and review design and architecture for cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with application engineering teams to create, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure.
- Ensure non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and cost-efficiency are realized.
- Develop, gather, and leverage metrics to manage infrastructure and drive performance.
- Perform Windows/Linux server installation, configuration, and automation.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
