Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube content and short-form vertical videos.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience creating motion graphics and text animations.
- Strong experience with Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong audio editing skills including noise reduction, leveling, music selection, and sound design.
- Experience creating captions and subtitles.
- Understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Computer capable of editing 4K footage efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage.
- Create engaging short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Apply pacing, b-roll, captions, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and visual enhancements.
- Identify viral moments from long-form content and write compelling hooks and titles.
- Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails and supporting graphics.
- Upload and schedule content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance to improve creative output.
- Maintain organized project files and efficient production workflows.
