- Comfortable testing multiple cuts and hooks to find what performs best.
- Must be based in the US, Canada, or South America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina).
Responsibilities
- Cut long-form video into multiple short-form variations for A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Edit in Premiere Pro with strong narrative pacing and structure.
- Build light motion graphics in After Effects to enhance storytelling.
- Apply sound design that elevates the emotional pull of each edit.
- Iterate based on what's performing across platforms.
