Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency with SQL (Clickhouse), Excel, and Python.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems from end to end.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership.
- Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a business unit (growth, product, AI/automation, or partnerships) to lead the end-to-end analytical function.
- Define clear business problems and research questions before initiating data work.
- Define metrics, build dashboards/reports, and execute data analyses to surface key insights.
- Design and execute experiments to improve team performance metrics.
- Partner with product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders to translate insights into strategic recommendations and concrete actions.
