Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Comfortable using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- First principles thinker capable of breaking down complex problems.
- Direct and precise communication style.
- Strong ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end, including growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Define the right business problems and hypotheses before conducting analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, run experiments, and surface actionable data insights.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in product, growth, finance, and operations to drive business outcomes.
- Execute on decisions end-to-end beyond just strategy and analysis.
