Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Excel, and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with experience influencing leadership-level decisions.
- Ability to act as a first-principles thinker who breaks down complex problems into clear hypotheses.
- Comfort working with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Experience operating in a hands-on, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and key questions before initiating analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, and design experiments to track performance.
- Run independent analyses and derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations to drive decision-making.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for leadership.
- Own end-to-end execution of initiatives within assigned business units.
