Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Ability to work effectively with tools including Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Analytical, first principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Experience as a direct communicator capable of walking skeptical stakeholders through complex findings.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas end-to-end.
- Understand business questions before performing analyses to ensure decisions are informed correctly.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move key business metrics.
- Drive outcomes by presenting recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
