Requirements
- 7+ years in internal, executive, or technical program communications.
- Experience in a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or product-led company.
- Proven track record supporting senior technical and product leaders (CTO, CPO, VP level).
- Technical fluency to understand product language, engineering trade-offs, and systems concepts.
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt voice to leadership.
- Strong operational mindset to manage communication as a structured program.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and change management.
- High level of integrity and discretion regarding sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Embed with Product Delivery leadership to understand team priorities and communication needs.
- Translate complex product and technical strategies into clear company-wide communications.
- Develop and execute communication plans for product launches, organizational changes, and roadmap updates.
- Produce high-impact content for all-hands, town halls, executive memos, and manager cascades.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like GTM, Marketing, People, and Finance.
- Coach product, engineering, and design leadership on written and live communications.
- Develop AI-assisted projects and automated workflows to scale communication impact.
