Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or GTM enablement.
- Experience within a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record supporting senior commercial leaders such as CBO, CRO, or VPs.
- Deep fluency in GTM motions including sales, account management, and partnerships.
- Exceptional writing and editorial instincts with the ability to adapt voice.
- Strong operational skills to build and sequence communication programs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience or willingness to build and maintain AI-driven communication automations.
Responsibilities
- Embed with GTM leadership across Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, and Expansion teams.
- Translate GTM strategy into clear, compelling communications for the commercial organization.
- Own communication strategy and execution for sales kickoffs, QBRs, incentive rollouts, and organizational transitions.
- Write and produce materials for all-hands, town halls, leader videos, and executive memos.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, People, and Finance teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Coach GTM leaders on their personal communication effectiveness.
- Design and maintain AI-driven projects and automations to scale communications and preserve leader voice.
