Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) license in California.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with evidence-based clinical modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma Therapy.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
- Patient-first mindset and collaborative approach to care.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and maintaining patient records.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual interactions.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign off on psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintain clinic records and document all services and patient activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct crisis interventions based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
