- Proven track record of driving large, cross-functional programs to completion in fast-moving environments.
- Experience managing Team Success (HR), IT, and Recruitment functions with direct people-management accountability.
- Strong track record of alignment across Legal, Finance, HR, and Production departments.
- Deep understanding of international operations including employment structures, contractor compliance, and multi-country frameworks.
- AI-forward mindset with experience introducing AI tools into operational team workflows.
- Strong operational reporting habits with experience communicating to executive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth services business.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of the CEO's cross-departmental initiatives end-to-end, ensuring clear ownership, defined success criteria, and on-time completion.
- Drive complex operational initiatives including international expansion, insurance programs, IT infrastructure projects, and AI adoption.
- Partner with leadership in Production, Finance, Legal, and BD to align on shared commitments.
- Directly manage and lead the Team Success, IT, and Recruitment departments.
- Ensure operational governance and compliance across all geographies, including employment structures and contractor frameworks.
- Design and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences to track company growth.
- Champion the integration of AI tools across operational processes and workflows.
