Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a CLO or VP Legal position within international companies.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
- Fluency in the Russian language.
- In-depth understanding of business law, contract law, employment law, and intellectual property law.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage legal disputes and litigation processes.
- Experience developing risk management strategies and preventive measures.
- Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities, contracts, employment, and litigation.
- Ensure international holding company compliance with all relevant laws and corporate governance requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to protect company intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Execute a legal strategy aligned with long-term company goals, including opening new entities.
- Oversee financial statement review and coordinate with internal and external compliance and audit teams.
