Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Biostatistics, Math, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience, OR Master's/Ph.D. with 3-5 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency with deep learning frameworks and the core Python data science ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures such as Transformers, Neural Networks, and LLMs.
- Hands-on MLOps experience including experiment tracking, packaging, Docker containerization, model serving, and CI/CD.
- Experience with pipeline orchestration and monitoring models for data and concept drift.
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Proven experience setting and improving team standards and mentoring peers.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex modeling and analytical projects of broad and diverse scope.
- Drive cross-product initiatives with minimal direction.
- Leverage deep learning, LLMs, and traditional data science techniques to create powerful hybrid models.
- Brainstorm, prototype, prove, deploy, and realize the value of work in market quickly.
- Tell stories with data to inspire trust in customers and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists on best practices and problem-solving.
