Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with BI tools like Metabase.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- First principles thinking: ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Hands-on ownership mentality: willingness to execute beyond high-level strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a specific business unit end-to-end.
- Define business problems and determine which questions to answer.
- Build reports and define key metrics to track performance.
- Design and run experiments to drive business outcomes.
- Present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional partners in product, growth, finance, or operations.
