- Background in simulation or probability-heavy domains is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Proactively find where DS can create leverage across marketing, product, finance, and operations
- Lead ambiguous, high-stakes investigations end-to-end to a clear recommendation
- Reason rigorously under uncertainty using ranges and simulated outcomes
- Dig into root cause across systems independently
- Own core data models and metric definitions, pairing with AI on technical tasks
- Push self-serve, AI-assisted analytics to reduce reliance on dedicated data scientists
- Set the bar for rigor and judgment across the team
