Requirements

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience leading healthcare technology, analytics, data, consulting, or technology-enabled services businesses.
- Demonstrated success scaling organizations and driving sustainable growth.
- Strong financial, operational, and business management capabilities.
- Prior General Manager, Business Unit Leader, or equivalent P&L leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Artemetrx.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion.
- Establish the strategic vision and roadmap for the Artemetrx platform.
- Lead the commercial growth strategy and partner with leadership to drive client acquisition and expansion.
- Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
