- Expertise in global benefits programs and compensation strategy.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, specifically in HRIS platforms like Rippling.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation tools to improve productivity.
- Advanced data and analytics proficiency with the ability to build models and logic.
- Experience managing and navigating international compliance and labor regulations.
- Strong leadership capability in managing and developing high-impact teams.
- Proficiency in complex modeling and data architecture in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead global HR Operations, Total Rewards, and People Analytics.
- Manage a team including Benefits, Compensation, and Operations professionals.
- Define and evolve global total rewards philosophy and compensation strategy.
- Drive the implementation of AI solutions to transform HR workflows and infrastructure.
- Own the operational and compliance health of international hubs.
- Serve as functional architect for People technology and HRIS platforms.
- Develop predictive models for global headcount, pay equity, and organizational health.
