Job Details

3+ years of experience as a visual designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
Strong background in foundational digital creative (layout, typography, color).
Experience with experimental production methods (collage, 3D, illustration, AI).
Proven experience working collaboratively on a timely content program with a recurring cadence.
Experience adapting visual expressions across digital, video, and social channels.
Ability to connect creative decisions back to audience insights and business objectives.
Resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to defend creative choices and adapt to feedback.
Bonus: Direct experience working with a content team.
Bonus: Technical motion production skills with After Effects or similar tools.

Lead visual direction and executions for the 'Vested Interest' editorial program.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver weekly visual assets including headers, charts, photo composites, and illustrations.
Develop informed perspectives by diving into early drafts and research materials.
Ideate and produce assets from concept to delivery while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Adapt visual executions and messages across various digital, social, and video media channels.
Contribute to and refine strategic insights to enhance the creative development process.
Share knowledge and craft skills to uplevel teammates' execution of educational content.
