Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation and operational problem solving in high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in auction operations, process execution, and business acumen.
- Proven track record of leading and developing exempt-level leaders.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and general business computer systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must live in an eligible time zone near a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level direction to support business goals, auction processes, and team engagement.
- Build and leverage relationships with key customers and cross-functional teams.
- Drive strategic project prioritization and business initiatives across the region.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Ensure efficient regional performance according to organizational strategic plans.
- Partner with project management and operations to execute change management initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of a team of General Managers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for regional operations.
