Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation initiatives and solving operational problems in high-volume environments.
- Proven track record of leading and growing exempt-level leaders.
- Strong understanding of Auction Operations.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and related business tools.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Must live within a commutable distance to a major airport.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Knowledge of operations principles such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior level direction to support business goals, auction processes, and team engagement.
- Build and leverage strong relationships across the organization and with key customers.
- Identify project prioritization and drive key business initiatives across the region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for regional operations.
- Analyze business, financial, and operational data to improve performance.
- Ensure efficient regional operations and adherence to strategic goals.
- Partner with project management and operations to execute change management initiatives.
- Mentor and manage a team of General Managers, including performance management and succession planning.
- Act as a point-of-contact and change agent for organizational operations.
