Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS (specifically ECS Fargate, RDS, Lambda, or EventBridge).
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and system monitoring.
- Comfortable working with application code in Ruby or Python.
- Ability to navigate and solve ambiguous technical problems.
- Interest in applying AI tools to daily software engineering tasks.
- Ability to provide production support using metrics, logs, and SLOs.
Responsibilities
- Join domain squads to resolve bottlenecks and improve system reliability.
- Build shared tools, infrastructure, and automation for engineering teams.
- Roll out AI tools to assist in development, code reviews, and incident response.
- Create and maintain feature flags, canary rollouts, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and optimize AWS services, GitHub Actions, Datadog, and Cloudflare.
- Guide squads on application management using metrics, logs, and SLOs.
