Engineering at Bioptimus

Engineers at Bioptimus solve the unique challenge of translating state-of-the-art AI research into usable products for biology. You'll build robust, scalable services and APIs that compose our packaged models. We leverage advanced Python, SQL, and cloud deployment on AWS. We also use AI-assisted development tools like opencode and Claude to accelerate delivery. You'll set technical patterns and lead design on cross-cutting problems.
