Requirements
- Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure management.
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, specifically Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong background in CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD/Flux).
- Experience implementing security, access control, and least-privilege principles in code.
- Deep understanding of cloud and hybrid networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing).
- Software engineering proficiency in Python, Go, or comparable languages.
- Ability to treat infrastructure as reproducible, version-controlled software.
- Experience with cloud GPU compute or HPC is a plus.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki.
- Understanding of regulated data environments (pharma, biotech, healthcare) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own AWS architecture and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
- Develop golden paths and internal developer-platform tooling for self-service provisioning.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment fabric for model and SDK delivery.
- Implement platform-wide security, access management, secrets management, and network segmentation.
- Define architecture standards and decide productization of platform features.
- Establish observability metrics, alerting, and cost-tracking systems.
- Support research workflows with platform expertise and scalable infrastructure.
