Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in SAP Production ERP Global.
- Knowledge of reporting, data maintenance, and framework environments in SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel Databases).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external individuals.
- Ability to handle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Adherence to client objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Strong writing and general mathematical skills.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate compliance and safety records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly REV adjustments for management presentation.
- Complete Rate Case inquiry requests to meet client deadlines and data maintenance standards.
- Perform ESG/GSP Committee data support and backup for large capital projects.
- Produce ad hoc reports regarding the client’s fleet capital and property portfolio.
- Ensure fleet data resources remain efficient and well-maintained through reporting structures.
- Support the Director in the daily operational management of fleet data.
- Communicate effectively with external fleet vendors.
- Ensure fleet property records meet regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
