Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, technical account management, client services, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology, payroll systems, workforce management solutions, or HCM platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, troubleshoot operational challenges, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive projects forward in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute critical projects for large, complex clients, ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and business requirements.
  • Define project scope, create project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Partner with Client Services, Account Management, Sales, and internal product teams to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client business needs and recommend solutions using HR, payroll, and workforce management technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure responsibilities are clearly defined, project milestones are achieved, and risks are proactively managed.
  • Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and support executive-level communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, product enhancements, and operational improvements based on client feedback.
  • Advocate for client needs by gathering insights, sharing recommendations with internal teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and strategic conversations focused on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
