Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or a regulated healthcare environment.
- 3+ years of experience building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program involving clinics or trial sites.
- Demonstrated ability to design qualification criteria, incentive structures, and operational cadences.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills with the ability to drive progress without direct authority.
- Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners, such as health systems or site networks.
- Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility, enrollment considerations, and quality/compliance data.
- Ability to work with data to track performance, calibrate criteria, and report on program health.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional and scientific audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience turning early-stage frameworks into durable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN).
- Translate requirements from Life Sciences and Diagnostics business units into a coherent product roadmap.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and advocate for site-facing platform capabilities.
- Build and oversee patient recruitment capabilities using EHR-based matching and historical performance data.
- Own institutional relationships, including health system contracting, IRB coordination, and master service agreements.
- Develop and refine site qualification criteria, certification tiers, and commercial terms of membership.
- Establish KPIs, governance, and reporting pathways to provide leadership visibility into network health.
