Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an analytics or data function.
- 4+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build analytical models and set organizational data strategy.
- Strong technical fluency in SQL and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation tools.
- Proficiency in Looker for business intelligence and dashboarding.
- Understanding of statistics fundamentals.
- Technical judgment to guide data structure and definitions.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive audiences.
- Strategic perspective on the role of AI in analytics.
Responsibilities
- Proactively analyze business performance across churn, retention, conversion, and funnel metrics.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Define and lead the multi-year strategy for analytical data governance and modeling.
- Partner with Data Engineering to develop scalable, reliable analytical models.
- Set the strategy for AI-driven analytics to support product and internal automation.
- Lead Looker business intelligence platform strategy and dashboard development.
- Establish metric definitions and governance practices for company data.
- Lead the company's OKR process, reporting, and performance readouts.
- Hire and develop a high-performing team across analytics engineering and business intelligence.
