- Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
- People leadership and management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Project management and complex problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive team productivity by monitoring and enhancing performance for interview, hire, and placement conversion rates.
- Manage communication, forecasting, and personalized career guidance for students and alumni.
- Guide graduates through interview preparation, job offers, and onboarding processes with healthcare employers.
- Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, monitor calls, and provide one-on-one development for team members.
- Foster a culture of wellness, recognition, accountability, and high performance.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional compliance requirements.
