Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a legal operations professional.
- Expertise in optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management.
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
- Experience managing budget and spend management, including e-billing.
- CLM implementation experience.
- AI implementation experience.
- Comfortable with software implementation and incorporating new systems into existing workstreams.
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
- Experience with CLM tool Ironclad is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
- Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
- Help clients vet potential CLM tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, and Luminance.
- Implement AI tools and increase usage within legal teams.
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
