Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a lead or management role with at least 6 direct reports.
- Background in technical, field operations, or customer support environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
- Experience providing direct, constructive feedback.
- Based in or near a major airport in the West Coast or Central time zone.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including occasional last-minute deployments.
- Strong technical ability, including installing drivers, diagnosing system issues, and building PCs.
- Experience building knowledge bases, internal documentation, or training resources.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and working across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop team members at all levels through coaching and direct feedback.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on hardware, software, and deployment systems.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures for deployment and support operations.
- Act as a conduit between the team and cross-functional partners including Product and Engineering.
- Surface recurring technical issues and drive resolution.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to support new location launches and customer requirements.
