Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations.
- Willingness and ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
- Structured problem-solving skills, comfortable working with incomplete information.
- High level of diligence and follow-through in ownership of product features.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points.
- Manage user feedback monitoring by synthesizing signals from reviews, support tickets, and research.
- Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering to ensure quality issues are prioritized.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
- Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design in partnership with Design and Engineering.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements.
